- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss - Texas, has a requirement for privacy fence screening in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, Texas 79916. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to furnish privacy slat screening to two locations at Fort Bliss, TX. This procurement is being solicited competitively as a 100% HubZone small business set-aside and is limited to eligible HubZone business firms, utilizing an Invitation For Bid (IFB). This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $15.0M. The closing date and time for receipt of bids is 10:00 AM MST on 9 August 2016.
