- Solicitation N61331-16-R-0019 Official release of Solicitation effective 14 July 2016. The requirement will include the fabrication and acceptance of a First Article of each part. The required quantities will be for one First Article of each part number and 19 additional quantities of each part number which will be established as options. LCAC drawings are distribution limited to Department of Defense U.S. Contractors only. Requests for the drawings must be submitted by 6 July 2016 at 3:00p.m. CST via e-mail to stuart.burman@navy.mil. Requests must contain the vendors' Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability will be based on the offeror having the types of machine shop equipment and instruments to fabricate the items. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. Delivery of the First Article of each part number will be 90 days after contract award. Delivery of the remaining 19 quantities of each part number will be 210 days award of the option. All deliveries will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC) 100 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.
