All material and equipment must be manufactured in the US. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications Project No. 4503670, Drawings Number M2114-D & 12-7-88, and the contract. LOCATION:U.S. Coast Guard Sector Charleston - SC, 196 TRADD Street, Charleston - SC 29401 NOTICE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. SEE CLAUSE 52.232-18- “AVAILABILITY FO FUNDS” NOTICE OF ORGANIZED SITE VIS IT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.236-27 PARAGRAPH (b) AND (c), SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995)ALTERNATE I (Feb 1995): (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 10:00am EST. (c) Participants will meet at the Main Gate - 196 TRADD Street, Charleston, SC 29401 Address: 196 TRADD Street, Charleston - SC 29401 All participants must send an email to marvin.c.bethel@uscg.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. EDT today, 14 July 2016 with all personnel full names, company name, and a good contract number so your company can gain access to the location.. Offerors are requested to review the entrie IFB as soon as possible upon receipt. If an offeror has any questions regarding the solicitation which require an answer from the issuing office, these questions shall be submitted, in writing, referencing section and paragraph of solicitation, to the U.S. Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit Miami, 15608 SW 117 Avenue, Miami, FL 33177. The deadline for submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) and be guaranteed answers is (15 days before Bid Opening Date at 2:00PM); any RFI's received after this date the Government cannot guarantee an answer.
