THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS or Solicitation The Department of Veterans Affairs plans on establishing contracts for various prosthetic limb components to provide a simplified method of ordering and payment processing for VA prosthetic labs. There are approximately 81 VA stations that offer orthotic and prosthetic services that would potentially use this ordering methodology. This is a pre-solicitation notice for three categories of components for lower limb prosthetics (artificial limbs), 1.Prosthetic feet, 2. Prosthetic knees, and 3. Prosthetic liners. If you are interested in providing these items the VA look for the upcoming solicitation within the next 30 days.
