- Statement of Work (signature needed with proposal) Wage Determination SF-1449 (signature needed with proposals) The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) Acoma Canoncito Laguna Service Unit has a requirement for a Preventative Maintenance Agreement for a 2001 Caterpillar 3412 Generater located at the: Acoma Canoncito Laguna Service Unit 80B Veterans Blvd Acoma, NM 87034 Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to solicitation no. 16-242-SOL-00042. The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements, scope of work, and applicable attachments. The Government anticipates in awarding a single, fixed-priced requirements type contract for a base year with four 1 year option renewals, contingent upon existing requirements of the Government, availability of funds, and satisfactory performance during the base year.
