This is a market survey for EA7410H Antenna Anti-Icing Modification and Cold Weather Kits for the Office of RADAR Product Division (AML-2000) located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These kits are required to be installed at FAA Airport Surface Detection Equipment Model-X (ASDE-X) sites that support either EASAT EA6501 or TERMA 259460-241 antenna configurations. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor s expense. The FAA currently intends to solicit and negotiate only with EASAT Antennas Ltd. Goodwin House, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, St13NR, United Kingdom on a single source basis. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing this anti-icing modification retrofit kit. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS Size Standard 488190 $30M The contractor will supply all resources necessary to provide kits in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work and Schedule B spreadsheet. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make the determination, the FAA requires the following from interested vendors in accordance with the attached documents herein: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify proof of access to EASAT drawings and specifications for the EASAT EA6501 or TERMA 259460-241. 2. Completed Business Declaration Form. 3. Clearly state whether or not you can provide all EASAT products listed in the attached Parts List spreadsheet. All responses to this market survey must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central (Oklahoma) Time, Wednesday, 20, July 2016. The FAA prefers that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to the following: Email: david.shaw@faa.gov Please include "MARKET SURVEY RESPONSE: EASAT EA6501 in the subject line of your email. Information provided will not be released but please mark PROPRIETARY on all documents submitted as necessary. Respondents are encouraged to review the attached documents and provide comments.
