- Attach 3 - PWS Attach 2 - Wage Determination Attach 1 - PWS RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% set aside for a Small Business. The solicitation number is F1QOMU6088A00 C-119 Aircraft Relocation and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and DFARS Publication Notice 20150630. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 484220 and the size standard is $27.5M. The contractor shall provide the following services: Prepare C-119 Aircraft for transport from Edward AFB to Dover AFB in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement Attachment 2: Wage Determination Attachment 3: Past Performance Questionnaire Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 05 Aug 2016, 3:00 p.m. (EST) to the contracting office by email in order to be considered. Proposal is on an all or none basis and must be valid through 05 Oct 2016. All questions must be submitted by 20 July 2016 at 3:00 p.m. EST. The government will not accommodate any questions after 20 July 2015 at 3:00 p.m. EST. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and can be viewed through internet access at the Air Force FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil in accordance with 52.252-1, Solicitation Provisions Incorporate by Reference and 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference.
