- Amendment #4 - SF-30 Amendment #4: This amendment is being issued to extend the written proposal due date to close of business, Monday, 15 August 2016. The Government continues working on responses to vendor questions and updating/revising the requirements and exhibits accordingly. Due to the nature and extent of revisions/updates required, this amendment is taking longer than originally anticipated. It is also not practical to send an interim amendment. Our current projection is to issue the next substantive amendment with attachments the week of 25 July 2016.
