- The GFI relevant to this solicitation will be made available to eligible Offerors only. National policy does not support release of the documents listed herein to foreign sources. The GFI package will be provided only to those companies with a valid security clearance of SECRET or higher. The Government will not provide sponsorship for new or upgraded personnel or facility clearances. To attain copies of the documents, companies must submit a written request to the PCO Representative, Roy Williams, at roy.williams@navy.mil within 10 days of release of this RFP. Telephonic requests are not acceptable. The written request must include the company name, CAGE code, complete company address, level of facility clearance and security point of contact. Once a company's need-to-know and security clearance is verified and approved, the company will be authorized to receive the detailed documents and related controlled files.
