- Description
- This is a synopsis of a solicitation for removing existing carpet, cove base and transitions. New carpet will be installed along with new 4' rubber cove base and transition strips in Bldg 3420, Goodfellow AFB, TX. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12, Commercial items and of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Product Service Code is S214. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330, the Size Standard is $15 Million. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. The solicitation will be posted on or about 11 JUL 2016. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The anticipated award dated for this requirement is no later than 30 SEP 2016. The anticipated delivery date is 90 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by 17 CONS. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcement related to this solicitation by entering the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and clicking on Vendor Notification Service Area to register. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
