- Specifications for FA4600-16-B-0003 Drawing B9950 for FA4600-16-B-0003 Solicitation: FA4600-16-B-0003 SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE AS FULL AND OPEN. NO SET ASIDE WILL BE USED FOR THIS INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). Bids are due 17 August 2016 NLT 3:30pm CST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36,500,000.00. This solicitation is full and open. This requirement is a Non-appropriated Fund project. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a Period of Performance of 120 calendar days. This project consists of the construction of an interior and exterior replacement of an existing glass solarium for the Willow Lakes Golf Course Clubhouse, located at Offutt AFB. The solarium is approximately 1200sf with a stick frame structure on the same foundation, and an exterior composite wood deck of approximately 950sf, which will be constructed contiguous to the replaced solarium. The project will also include a new roof top HVAC unit, new windows, new lighting, new awning, and general finishes for the Clubhouse. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract specifications and drawing sheets which shall be made available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website, which is at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov.
