- This procurement is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue an Invitation For Bid for a firm fixed price construction contract for Roseburg District Office Indoor Environmental Improvements located at Roseburg, Oregon. The work consist of but is not limited to: employee relocation, architectural improvements, HVAC system improvements (demolition and new systems installation), and electrical systems removal and improvements. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance period is expected to be from 11/14/2016 through 2/7/2018. The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $15 million. The basis of award will be based on the lowest responsive bid pursuant to FAR Part 14 and result in an award to the responsible bidder pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 8/1/2016. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
