Description

The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a requirement change to Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level-Of-Effort (LOE) Term contract W56JSR-15-C-0038. This requirement change will increase labor hours for W56JSR-15-C-0038's Option 1 and Option 2 years, and has an estimated value between $900,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This requirement change will be solicited and awarded under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The proposed action is for acquisition of additional labor hours of non-personal/non-commercial/professional services in software engineering and software developer labor categories. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for the W56JSR-15-C-0038 contract is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). The posting date for this Synopsis is 15 July 2016. A Justification & Approval (J&A) for this requirement increase will be posted to FedBizOpps in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
