- Description
- NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) has selected Howard Video Productions of Forestville, Maryland, to provide Multimedia Support Services for the ARC Public Affairs Office. The primary objective is to produce multimedia, video production, photography, image archiving, and audio-visual services to document ARC research and development, operations, and other activities. The Multimedia Support Services contract is a hybrid contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Contract Line Items and a Time and Materials (T&M) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Line Item, and consists of a 17-month base period and one 18-month option period with a total value of $3,028,897. This is a non-competitive 8(a) award under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Program pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.8. The services to be acquired under the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Line Item cannot be performed on a fixed price basis because it is not possible to adequately define the requirements for these services in advance.
