- Amendment 0003 to Solicitation N66001-16-T-6755, effective 7/18/2016. The purpose of this amendment is for Q&A: Question 01 Do you desire TV viewing capability? Answer 02 Not Required Question 02 Are the total # of items 15? Thirty five items are listed as well. Answer 02 15 New items. Awaiting 35 items listing once share drive become available Question 03 Is preventative maintenance desired 4x per year for three years? Answer 03 Preventive maintenance 4x per year, Basic and 3 Option years. Question 04 Is having the Navy fitness test desirable to have in each product? Answer 04 The 15 new items being requested are from the PRT approved equipment list. The Items are expected to be used for the Navy Fitness testing. End of Q&A. Vendor to order, receive, inspect and transport to SPAWAR Old Town Complex Building OT-27 with in 90 day after award of contract. Stage equipment and assemble in accordance with manufacture instruction. Turn over all manuals and paper work, to the Contractor Representative. All trash and debris removed from area upon completion.
