- AMMENDMENT 01 EFFECTIVE 07/18/16. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Closing date extended from 07/19/16 @ 03:00 pm (PST) to 07/20/16 @ 03:00 pm (PST). 2. Edit CLIN 0001 description from 8 FT x 10 FT x 11 IN to 8 FT x 10 FT x 1 IN 3. Incorporate questions and answers Question 1: What type of material or specific grade for the steel plates? Answer: Steel grade is ASTM36 Question 2: How many coil nuts to every plate are needed and description? Answer: The coil nut is a standard street plate nut, 1-1/4" thread, made with aircraft quality alloy. The finish is phosphate. The coil nut should be placed in the center of the steel plate. 4.
