- Performance Work Statement The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this Sources Sought Announcement (SSA) as a means of conducting Market Research to identify parties having an interest in providing Test/Evaluation, Minor, Major Repair Services for the AN/PSQ-20 and AN/PSQ-20A, also known as Enhanced Night Vision Goggle (ENVG) I and ENVG II, respectively. The services are described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (DPWS) dated 14 July 2016, and Industry feedback concerning the DPWS is encouraged. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this Market Research is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Contact with other than ACC-APG Government personnel by potential Offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is prohibited. This Announcement is for informational purposes only. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $11M. FIRM RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: It is requested that firms respond to this Announcement with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement for performing Test/Evaluation, Minor, Major Repair Services for the AN/PSQ-20 and AN/PSQ-20A in accordance with the Draft PWS. The Government has not yet determined the appropriate contract type applicable to the requirement. When addressing Question #10 below, please indicate the contract type and period of performance for similar services. Responses are not to exceed 10 pages and must include the following: 1. Suggestions to maximize effectiveness in providing quality services to CECOM Logistics Readiness Center (CECOM-LRC) DRAFT PWS: ACC-APG is interested in obtaining Industry inputs regarding PWS requirements, including but not limited to: - Identification of areas requiring additional explanation - Potential future issues - Areas that could be refined to provide a clearer understanding of the requirement - Identification of any areas that you believe are commercial Questions will be answered and uploaded in a future attachment to this posting.
