- SF18 - N00178-16-T-0165 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0165 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) manufactured CI Systems Inc., a quantity (Qty) of one OVBS (Includes Case) with Part Number A030761000010 to include 20mm muzzle adapter rod with Part Number A8204130380, a Qty of two (2) LCD Monitor for OVBS with Part Number A203180070, a Qty of two (2) LCD Cable Assembly with Part Number A8204150080/A8204150405 and a Qty of two (2) Electronic Unit (EU) with Part Number A820000300 in accordance with the attached SF18. CI Systems Inc.'s products are being requested as this is the OEM who's products are already being utilized at NSWCDD for testing events and having the extra items will allow for interchangeability and with existing systems in use and will allow for more functional time when repairs are needed of items already in use. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 27 July 2016, no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT with an anticipated award date by 26 August 2016.
