Description

Marine Corps Installations East - Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST-MCB) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to K&R Custom Software Inc. 453 McLaws Cir Ste 2, Williamsburg, VA 23185-5645 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for one year of Telecommunications Management System software maintenace. K&R Custom Software Inc maintains proprietary rights to equipment and software patents and trademarks. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M6700116T1255) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible business sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 2:00 PM EDST, 22 JULY 2016, via facsimile or email.
