- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 629-16-105 Hammond Clinic Green Sustainability for the VAMC Hammond Clinic located at 1131 South Morrison Avenue, Hammond, LA 70403. The cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 3, 2016. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. Performance period is One Hundred Fifty-Five (155) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 and the size standard is $15.0 Million.
