- Description
- Amendment A001, to correct the closing date and time on the RFP document from August 12, 2016 to August 23, 2016 @ 2:00 PM (EST). This amendment also adds a site visit date of Tuesday, July 26, 2016 @ 10:00 am (EST) and a site visit document titled 'Site Visit Information'. A Cut-off date for Receipt of Questions has also been added of 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on July 29, 2016. Please see RFP Rev. 1 document. Site Visit Information Revision 1 to RFP. The General Services Administration (GSA), O&M 1 Division will contract to provide Complete Facilities Maintenance (CFM) Services for GSA, National Building Museum, 401 F St NW, Washington, DC 20001. The contractor shall provide management, administrative, supervision, labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and supplies (expect as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion or Preventive Maintenance services, repair of building operating equipment, structural and architectural systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for needed engineering services and reimbursable building alterations of building equipment including, but not limited to: All elevators on the premises, janitorial and trash/debris removal services and all miscellaneous work associated with complete building facility management at the National Building Museum and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. All elevator equipment shall be operated and/or maintained at the highest levels of efficiency compatible with the current energy conservation requirements, nationally recognized codes, and standards, and maintained at an acceptable level. These services will be awarded to one (1) contractor. This RFP will be an 8A Set Aside. A period of one year with the unilateral Option to extend the term of the contract for four (4) consecutive periods of 12 month each. Please read the RFP in its entirety.
