Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tellico Ranger Station Water System Replacement. Replace the existing water distribution system with approximately 1000 ft. of 3" diameter HDPE pipe, approximately 150 ft. of 2" diameter HDPE pipe, and approximately 50' of 1" diameter HDPE pipe. Project includes well house renovation and underground gutter drain replacement. Provide all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision and incidentals to complete work according to project drawings and specifications. CONTRACT TIME: 134 days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Contract time includes time to order materials, submit required plans, and work on site. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $150,000 and $250,000 PROJECT LOCATION: Tellico Ranger District Office, 250 Ranger Station Road, Tellico Plains, TN 37385 (Cherokee National Forest, Monroe County TN) SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: This solicitation, AG-4756-S-16-0045, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request for Proposal and will be available for downloading on or about July 26, 2016 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
