- The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: Space Type: Medical Office ANSI BOMA USF: Min-19,500 / Max- 19,999 Lease Term: 10 Years / Firm Term: 5 Years Estimated Occupancy: ASAP Delineated Area: See attached map ADDITIONAL BUILDING REQUIREMENTS: The offered space: "Shall meet Federal and State Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. "Shall be contiguous and built to VA specifications "Shall be zoned for the intended use "Shall be modified gross lease (VA will pay for interior janitorial services and gas/electric) "Shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. "Shall not be a sublease "Shall allow VA to put up a flag pole SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested parties shall respond to this announcement no later than August 8, 2016- 4PM PST and shall include the following (at minimum) in their email or correspondence: "Building name and address and date of availability "Rental rate, specifying services and operating costs included ""As built" floor plans of offered space "Contact information of authorized representative "Written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property (for Brokers or legal representatives) Electronic or hard copy information shall be sent to: Department of Veteran Affairs Attn: John Paul Niega, Contract Specialist 575 Double Eagle Ct. Suite 100 Reno, NV 89510 Subject: Reno Dental Clinic- Expression of Interest Johnpaul.niega@va.gov SUBMISSION NOTES: Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code. The Government is limited by law (41 C.F.R. 102-73.55) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE VA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE VA WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
