Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. Approved source for this item is Bell Helicopter Textron, Cage 97499. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 480 each, New Cumberland, PA (line 0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 177 days ARO. This is a Not Critical Safety Item. PIPPRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
