- Epidemiological SOW The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to The University of Texas, Houston Texas, 77030 This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested the Government shall consider all responses. See attached Statement Of Work for details. The NAICS code for this action is 541712. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems For Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov/.
