Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for Title 38 of the United States Code, Chapter 36 Vocational Testing for Military Service Members and Veterans. The goal of this requirement is to provide vocational testing services for all Servicemembers and Veterans to assist them in in the determination of a vocational goal. Please note that this is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP). The status of "draft" shall be removed upon the issuance of an amendment stating that the draft status has been removed.
