Description

Notice of Intent to award sole source to MyLaps, US Inc. The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to MyLaps US, Inc., 2030 Powers Ferry Rd SE, Suite 110, Atlanta, Ga 30339, for the purchase of MyLaps ProChip Timers. MyLaps US, Inc. is the only authorized distributor for MyLaps ProChip Timers whom is the proprietary vendor and patent holder for the item. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 22 July 2016, 3:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
