Description

AMENDMENT 0001 - THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE DATE FOR QUOTES IN THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION READS 4:00PM EDT, MONDAY AUGUST 22, 2016. THE DEADLINE DATE CHOSEN IN THE STANDARD FBO MENU WAS 10:00AM EDT, FRIDAY AUGUST 19, 2016. THIS FBO DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO REFLECT THE SAME DATE AS IS WRITTEN IN THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION; 4PM EDT MONDAY, AUGUST 22, 2016. END OF AMENDMENT 0001. This is a 100% HUBZone Small Business set-aside to establish a service contract to provide Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preventative and remedial maintenance. The contract will be for a 1 year base period and two, one year, option periods. Contractors must be registered with SAM and WAWF (for invoicing), and must be certified HUBZone qualified entities. See attached documents for the full solicitation complete with attachments. There is a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ along with 12 RFQ Attachments.
