Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for Life Fitness Commercial Grade Cardio Equipment, or equal for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA. The fitness equipment and individual specifications are located in the solicitation document. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339920 and the Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, VA247-16-Q-0868, which contains the SOW and all corresponding attachments, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The government will not be contacting interested contractors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email, no later than 07/21/2016 by 12:00 PM EST to darrell.harper2@va.gov. Questions on the telephone will not be accepted.
