Description

This requirement is to provide the selection of a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government to provide construction services to expand the facility of Bldg 60 by approximately 3,780 square feet and renovation of approximately 7,360 square feet to include work to patient restrooms, bedroom renovations, and sewer line installation. All work is located at Building 60 LTC Wing "A", North Texas VA Medical Center, Dallas TX at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216. The selection will be considering price and other non-priced technical factors consistent with the criteria specified in Request for Proposals (RFP), Proposal and Selection Requirements, and Evaluation Factors for Award. To be considered for award contractors shall be CVE certified as an SDVOSB concern under NAICS code 236220. Requests for information (RFIs) are due on 08/17/2016 in the format indicated in the solicitation. A site visit location, date, and time will be provided by an amendment. All proposals are due on 08/27/2016 at 2:00PM CST in the format required by the solicitation documents. Please see all contract documents for additional details.
