- Sources Sought Announcement: The National Park Service, MWR NEKOTA MABO is seeking contractors interested in the supply, installation, and configuration of security devices, camera equipment, and smoke and fire detection devices at Badlands National Park, Interior (Jackson County), South Dakota. This is Not a Solicitation, and therefore, we will not accept any formal offers resulting for this Sources Sought notification. Please provide the response requested below. The NAICS code for this project is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 M. Overview: The system shall meet site security and alarm reporting requirements and shall transmit associated signals to the Dispatch Center at Mount Rushmore National Memorial Administration Building located at Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, SD 57751. All alarm equipment installed must be fully integrated with and recognized, and be fully controlled by a Lenel Onguard master control system used in the Mount Rushmore Dispatch Center. When system is fully deployed, all software/hardware enhancements for specific NPS licensed products and software used at Mount Rushmore to support the new infrastructure installed at Badlands shall be included. The enhancements include, but are not limited to: Intrusion Interface, Photo ID, Receiver Option, Licenses for Lenel Onguard 7.0 for alarm and access control panels, licenses for Bosch D6600 and Lenel reader add on modules as required. All camera equipment installed will interface with Milestone X Protect Corporate. Video will be recorded locally while still allowing camera monitoring from the Mount Rushmore Dispatch Center. The system will utilize devices such as card readers, motion sensors, door contacts, pull stations, key pads, smoke and heat detectors, environmental alarms, glass break sensors, and indoor and outdoor cameras. Contractors will be expected to utilize technical staff certified to install and configure Lenel and Milestone equipment and software interfaces, working in the field to oversee device installations at Badlands facilities, and to assist with final configurations with Lenel systems utilized at Mount Rushmore as needed. This is Not a Solicitation but intended as a market research tool to acquire additional information about potential contractors that may be interested in completing this work at Badlands National Par, Interior, South Dakota. The information gathered from this process will be used by the Contracting Officer to determine a final acquisition strategy.
