- The 410th Contracting Support Brigade - Regional Contracting Office Miami announces the anticipated release of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following requirement: Public Affairs is required to provide media content analysis. Media content analysis is an assessment of news coverage, the media's agendas and an analysis and prioritization of the potential strategic and operational issues confronting the command. Media content analysis assesses what is being said, by whom, and how it is being presented. In addition, Public Affairs is also responsible for content analysis. Content analysis reveals the meaning, tone, and accuracy of messages, how the information was presented, and the cumulative effect of the information. A media content analysis provides an evaluation of the quantity of coverage, both in and out of theater, and the nature of that coverage. This assists the commander to understand the strategic context, the measure of success and the definition of an end-state for the operation as viewed from outside the command and the Army itself. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $27,500,000.00. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Period of Performance for this requirement is for one (1) 9 month Base Year and four (4)12-month option years (12 September 2016- 11 June 2021). The complete solicitation with the Performance Work Statement is anticipated to be released on 22 June 2016, with a closing date on or around 17 August 2016. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation will be considered.
