- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and firm, fixed-price quotes are requested. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Multiple awards will not be considered. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard of $15 million.
