The government intends to purchase the attached items open market from the responsible contractor whose quote represents the lowest evaluated price. b. Offerors must meet Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business requirements and have an active System for Award management (SAM) registration. Contractor must also have an active DUNS registration and must not be listed on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), or otherwise be considered ineligible to receive an award. c.Basis for Award: Award decision will be based on the lowest evaluated price from the responsible offeror whose quote was "responsive" to this solicitation. The Government intends to make Award on an all-or-none basis to the lowest priced acceptable offeror.
