Description

OMNIStar DGPS RFQ OMNIStar RFQ/Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA4686-16-R-0010 is being used for procurement of OmniSTAR DGPS Subscription Service. Refer to the attached Statement of Need (SON) and SF 1449 Solicitation for more information. Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for OmniSTAR DGPS Subscription Service In Accordance With (IAW) the attached SON. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is marked for full and open competition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 334511. The Standard Industry Code is 5826. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
