- Wage Determination No_2005-2063 Revised RFQ Performance Period Changes RFQ Amendment 1, 20160721 Revisions to the original posting are as follows: The Period of Performance has changed to the following: Basic Period: 18 Sep 2016 - 28 Feb 2017 Option Year 1: 1 Mar 2017 - 28 Feb 2018 Option Year 2: 1 Mar 2018 - 28 Feb 2019 Option Year 3: 1 Mar 2019 - 28 Feb 2020 6-month extension: 1 Mar 2020 - 31 Aug 2020 In response to RFQ Amendment 1, offerors are required to submit price (completed Revised RFQ Template) and technical packages (sample class schedule and certificates). As a courtesy, a Tech Eval Worksheet is provided to assist offerors with the technical package requirements (see Attachment 3). Offerors are not to include Attachment 3 with their offer. Offerors are due 12 Aug 2016, 10:00 AM PST
