- Solicitation Documents: The solicitation is issued as a Commercial Service Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Project Description: The intent of the contract is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and incidental services necessary, except for those designated as Government-Furnished, to perform work that includes masticating trees and brush as a site preparation treatment to remove wildfire killed or damaged trees and brush in conifer plantations and other items as defined in the Specific Work Requirements. Location: Klamath National Forest, Scott River Ranger District Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 3:00 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
