- The requirements for the lockers is contained in the CLIN description of the solicitation (FA4887-16-T-0006) document. Also, attached is a layout of how the lockers will be placed in the room they will be installed in. Please submit all questions to SrA Ryan Shappell via email at ryan.shappell@us.af.mil and Joshua Wolery at joshua.wolery.2@us.af.mil. Any questions that are not sent to both emails may not be acknowledged/responded to. The deadline for submitting questions is 1:00 PM Mountain Time, 20 July 2016. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. The responses to all questions received prior to the deadline will be posted here not later than 25 July 2016. Please submit all quotes to SrA Ryan Shappell via email at ryan.shappell@us.af.mil and Joshua Wolery at joshua.wolery.2@us.af.mil. Any quotes that are not sent to both emails may not be received, and may affect eligibility for award. Please make all quotes valid for a period no less than 60 days and include your company's CAGE code, DUNS number, and Tax I.D. for purposes of searching System for Award Management (SAM).
