- The US Army Medical Command, Regional Contracting Office - Central, Ft. Carson Health Contracting Cell, is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Ft. Carson, CO as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for providing Oncotype (DX Breast Cancer Test and DX Colon Cancer Test) for the Department of Pathology, EACH. A contract is currently awarded to Genomic Health, Inc. to provide these tests. The government awarded a contract option for $50,000.00 for FY 16, but would like to add an additional $47,000.00 for the remainder of FY 16. In essence, due to patient needs, an additional $47,000.00 amount tests are required for the remainder of FY 16. The result of this this market research will contribute to determining if other companies can provide these tests. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned is 621511. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request does not constitute a request for quote; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
