- ERDC Communications Infrastructure Service, Maintenance, and Repair The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, has a requirement to provide the as-needed service, maintenance, and repair support for the ERDC-wide voice, video, and data communications networks which operate over fiber optic, copper, coaxial, and Ethernet cabling. This will encompass the telephone, ACE-IT, RDE, CCTV, and Access Control cabling infrastructure for all ERDC locations. These non-personal services will be acquired using a performance-based contract vehicle IAW FAR 37.102, Service Contracting Policy. ERDC Contracting Office intends to award a single Requirements type Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year Ordering Period. Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders shall be issued for maintenance, repair, and service requirements. The base contract capacity has been established as $9.9 million, NAICS code 811213, Communications Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services, SBA size standard $11 million. See Attached Soliciation.
