Industry Day Registration Form Map to Eglin Conference Center (Bldg 16) AFRL Gray Wolf (Formerly AFRL Cruise Missile) Industry Day Announcement INTRODUCTION: The Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) will host an Industry Day at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, for weapon prime contractors that have the capability to design, develop, manufacture, and test prototype sub-sonic conventional cruise missiles. The Government will provide an update on the Gray Wolf S&T program on the morning of 30 August. Industry primes are encouraged to attend Gray Wolf Collaboration Days on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday (30 and 31 August). The Government will provide briefings on various key program enablers. These include Open Architectures, Low Cost Manufacturing, Airframe Protection, Networked Collaboration/Cyber, Low-Cost Sub-Systems and Test Certification Processes. One-on-one sessions between the primes and the Gray Wolf Government team will be made available on Thursday, 1 September 2016. A final agenda will be sent to registered participants two weeks prior to the event. Both the Industry Day and Collaboration Days events will be held on 30 - 31 August 2016 at the Eglin Conference Center (Building 16). See Attachment 1 for a map to the Conference Center from the East Visitor Gate. Industry Day sign-in (primes only) will begin on 30 August at 7:30 am and opening remarks will start at 8:00 am, Central Daylight Savings Time. Collaboration Days sign-in will begin on 30 August at 12:00 pm and opening remarks will start at 1:00 pm, Central Daylight Savings Time. Sign-in on the 31 st will begin at 7:30 am, with briefings starting at 8:00 am and completed by 5:00 pm. By-request 30-minute one-on-one sessions will be held in the AFRL Munitions Lab Building 13 on 1 September 2016. No industry briefings are expected or requested at these events. REGISTRATION, MEETING ACCESS, and CLEARANCE: Prime contractors are limited to four representatives per company. All discussions will be held at the US SECRET level and a SECRET clearance or higher is required for attendance. All participants must be US citizens. Foreign participation is NOT authorized. Participants will not be allowed to bring in any electronics including, but not limited to, portable computers, cameras, two-way pagers, cellphones, thumb drives, blackberries, wireless transmitters, Wi-Fi devices, electronic transmitting/receiving key fobs/watches/Fitbits, etc. Participants must be certified to receive military critical technical data under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) ( www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp ) and to receive, create, process, analyze and store US Classified up to and including SECRET. Each attendee MUST complete the registration form ( Attachment 2 ) and return it via email to Ms. Norma Taylor, Gray Wolf Program Manager, AFRL/RWPI, 101 West Eglin Boulevard, Eglin AFB, FL 32542-6810, 850-883-2723, norma.taylor@us.af.mil, NLT 15 August 2016 with a copy of their organization's DD2345, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement". Early registrations are appreciated. Only one registration is required to attend both the Industry Day and Collaboration Day activities. Please note that attendance information will not be available to the public. All participants MUST send security clearances via JPAS NLT 15 August 2016. AFRL's JPAS SMO Code is AFRL-RW. Please insert "AFRL Gray Wolf Industry Days" as the name of the event.
