This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB16T8428. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 562991 and small business size standard is $7,500,000. This is a firm fixed price requirement for non-personal services for rental of portable toilets, hand washing stations and gray water pumping. Award will be to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. All line items must be quoted. Exact specifications are listed in the attached spreadsheet. The period of performance varies per the attached spreadsheet. Inspection and acceptance will be at Camp Grayling, Michigan. Offers are due at 4:30 pm, ET on July 27, 2016. Email quotes to amanda.e.geissler.civ@mail.mil. Questions are due by 4:30 pm, ET, July 25, 2016, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor this site for any amendments.
