- Specifications Drawings Solicitation SF-1442 Solicitation: USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service is planning to improve the drainage (Main Drainage Channel, Pump Station and Flood Levee (leak repair)) and irrigation around the Plant Materials Center located - Lafourche Parish in Galliano, Louisiana.
