- (Amended) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice for services to overhaul the F108 Power Management Control (PMC) is provided for informational purposes only. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Material Support Contracting Division (AFSC/PZAAB) at Tinker AFB, OK, intends to award a sole source contract to BAE Systems Controls, Inc., 4250 Airport Expressway, Fort Wayne, IN 46809, Cage Code: 63760. The statutory authority permitting this sole source acquisition is 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1901, as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please see all attached documents that pertain to this notice, which are provided only to determine if competitive procurement in the future is available or in the best interest of the government. Any information submitted in response to this notice shall clearly/concisely support and demonstrate an offeror's capability to provide the services required. This information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Regardless, this notice is not intended as a competitive request for quote (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) and the government intends to proceed with this sole-source procurement action. This notice is associated with the Sources Sought Synopsis FA8122-16-R-0009, which was posted on March 15, 2016.
