- The Naval War College has a requirement for real time Audio/Video and stenography to cover the 22nd International Seapower Symposium in accordance with the performance work statement to be provided in the request for quote. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 561410 and the size standard is 15 Million. A Request for Quotation will be issued on or about July 27th, 2016 at the following websites: http://www.neco.navy.mil and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation and any amendments will be available only at the above sites. Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Invoices shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), the government system for electronic payment.
