Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for the installation of a new CCTV system for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA. The Contractor shall provide all necessary travel, labor, equipment, configuration and training required to install a CCTV system. The basic requirements of the system are outlined in the solicitation. All work shall be performed at the Tifton Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 1824 North Ridge Ave., Tifton GA 31793. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 and the Small Business Size Standard of $20.5 million. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, VA247-16-Q-0887, which contains the SOW and all corresponding attachments, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The government will not be contacting interested contractors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email, no later than 07/26/2016 by 12:00 PM EST to darrell.harper2@va.gov. Questions on the telephone will not be accepted. All quotes must be submitted no later than 07/27/2016 by 3:00 PM EST, by email to darrell.harper2@va.gov.
