- NREA HAZMAT Support Services Sources Sought document The Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs (NREA) Branch is seeking information for potential sources for IT and scientific support to the Hazardous Materials (HM) Management Program at MCB Quantico. This support includes three general types of services, which include: (1) transferring data from the Hazardous Substance Management System (HSMS) to the Hazardous Materials Management System (HMMS), (2) maintaining the HMMS database, and (3) inspecting work centers for compliance and conformance with regulations and orders regarding HM storage and usage.
