- Amendment 0001 USDA‐APHIS‐S&T‐CPHST Miami Laboratory located in Miami, FL, has a requirement for 4 Constant Climate Chambers with large temperature/humidity range. The Program needs to build heat/cold treatment capacity for developing treatments to be used for quarantine pests' exclusion for certain commodities. The center piece of equipment is a constant climate chamber with accurate temperature and humidity control. The BINDER KBF Series chambers are the most used chambers in quarantine treatment labs which meet the strict requirements for quarantine treatment development. This requirement is for six, brand name (BINDER KBF Series) or equal chambers delivered to the lab in Miami. This soliciattion will be issued as a small business set aside under NAICS 332313 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
