VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Marion Campus (VANIHCS) is soliciting offers for Organist, at the Marion Campus, Marion, IN 49653. The organist shall play music for weekly Catholic Sunday services and Holy Days. Contractor shall furnish personnel and transportation necessary to perform Organist duties for Request for Quote (VA-251-16-Q-0355). Anticipated award date is October 1, 2016 for a Period of Performance October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 711130. The size standard is $11.0 million.
