RFQ posted - 27 June 2017 closing date and time 27 July 2017 at 3:00 pm EDST Sources Sought closed - 17 June 2017 Sources Sought posted - 10 June 2017 Synopsis posted - 23 June 2017 Aviation Logistics Department (ALD), 2D Marine Aircraft Wing (2D MAW), has a requirement for non-personal in logistical support services in the areas of procedures, administration, aircraft maintenance, aviation supply, Support Equipment (SE) and Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL), planning and web development. The period of performance will be for a base period of six (6) months with three (3) option periods of three (3) months each. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. This proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541614, Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the quoter that provides the overall best value to the government. Award will be made approximately twenty (20) business days after closing of response period. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation M67001-16-T-0017 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
